Who We Are
Founded in 2022, Conundrum has grown from a small circle of passionate raiders into a steady home for players who care about improving, progressing, and genuinely enjoying World of Warcraft together. We're community-first by design: a place where skill development and personal growth go hand in hand with pushing content, from organised raid progression to lively Mythic+ nights and casual events.
We keep things simple: mutual respect, clear communication, preparation, and a growth mindset. We value constructive feedback, reliability, and a non-toxic atmosphere where everyone can learn, perform, and have fun. With transparent leadership and a supportive culture, we provide the structure to aim high - and the environment to make the journey rewarding.

Our Core Values
We're a World of Warcraft guild with raiding at its core, but with a focus on accessibility and inclusion by design. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming and explicitly welcome women, trans and nonbinary folks, BIPOC, disabled and chronically ill players, neurodivergent players, and anyone using assistive tech or who needs flexible pacing. People first, progress second by a hair.
Accessibility
Games should be for everyone. We're committed to breaking down barriers by creating a truly safe space, complete with custom resources and dedicated support for all our members.
Teamwork
We believe true strength comes from growing together. We unite players of all skill levels in a positive, non-toxic environment where constructive feedback makes the entire team better.
Responsibility
Accountability is key to our success. We take responsibility for our actions, protect our community by upholding our values, and expect every member to be a reliable part of the team.
